How can I help?

After over 20 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I went searching for how to better help my clients who were suffering the effects of anxiety and stress. Hypnotherapy and Yoga are powerful practices that can change not only your body, but your mind. I am here to help, let’s talk and see if my offerings are a good fit for you. 

Private Yoga

One-on-One Private Yoga ensures that you are getting the attention and customization that you deserve. Each session is tailored to fit your needs at that time. In the comfort of your own home, whithout the obstacles of coming to a studio or feeling self-concious around others.

Hypnotherapy

My brand of Hypnotherapy is more akin to guided meditation. You are taken on a trip in your mind’s eye to a place where all things are possible, using only your imagination.  In this headspace, you are able to overcome fear, anxiousness and sadness.
