At Mindful Massage and Yoga, we are committed to offering yoga classes to fit the needs of every body. Choose between private sessions, small group classes or our popular workshop series. Sara and Michelle provide a non-judgmental and peaceful setting for you to feel comfortable in your yoga practice.
Sara teaches Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm. These are LADIES ONLY and perfect for beginner yogis or women who are interested in learning to move more, breathe deeper and find a calming place to rest their minds and bodes.
Michelle offers a variety of classes and workshops to fit the needs of many yogis. She is excited to be a part of the Mindful Massage and Yoga family. Get to know Michelle:
Michelle Narramore, RYT-200 and Owner of Bee Kind Yoga
I came to yoga after a lifetime of being disinterested with participating in physical activity. What I found was much more than simply a physical practice. In yoga I found peace, serenity, and perspective that I had been missing in my younger life.
The intention of my classes is to connect movement of the body with movement of the breath, creating a sense of calm and to have each student leave with “Yoga Floaties”, as I call them, the naturally euphoric state found after blending mind, body and breath and finding tranquility.
My classes explore your strengths and your edges, allowing you to turn inward to truly meet yourself on the mat. If you can breathe, you can do yoga and I am here to support you on your journey.
