Yoga is medicine for the soul: and it should be personalized to you and your needs. I tailor each session to exactly what you need on that day, at that time. Whether you have never tried yoga before in your life, you’re just starting out, or you are a seasoned yogi, I will meet you where you are.

  • Restorative/Calming Yoga for stress management

  • Ideal for small groups, ex: ladies’ night, family unplug time, or business team building for stress relief and increased productivity.

  • Package and group rates upon request, can be combined with Hypnotherapy for an additional fee.

  • Currently offering classes online via Zoom to any area in the U.S.
